Leadership classes offered

The Continuing Education Department at KCC is offering two spring sessions in Leadership & Management.
“Leading People and Departments” highlights the importance of individual skills in communication, performance management, coaching, flexible decision making and teamwork. Topics include accomplishing goals, dealing effectively with changing times, confusing situations, communicating confidently, and establishing expectations for high performance.
Class meets Wednesday, April 14 from 9 a.m. - noon at KCC in Room D124. Instructor is Rick Lochner. Cost is $149.
“Diversity and Inclusion” will explore what creating an inclusive culture really looks like and why it matters. The ideas from this workshop will set the stage for every participant to return to their organization and begin having more effective discussions to achieve an inclusive culture.
Class meets Wednesday, May 19 from 9 a.m. - noon at KCC in Room D124. Instructor is Rick Lochner. Cost is $149.
