Fitness Center expands hours in 2024

Kankakee Community College's Fitness Center will expand its hours beginning in early January 2024.

Beginning Jan. 8, the Fitness Center will be open:

• Monday - Thursday: 6 a.m. - 7 p.m.
• Fridays: 6 a.m. - 1 p.m.
• Saturdays: 8 a.m. - noon
• Holiday and semester break hours are posted seasonally.

KCC’s Fitness Center offers total body fitness to members of the community and students. Total fitness includes strength, flexibility and endurance training options.

There are options for membership and college credit. There are membership rate options for individuals, families, corporate, senior, military veterans and KCC graduates. A personal trainer is available for an extra fee.

To sign up for KCC Fitness Center membership, visit the college's Accounting Office (second floor of the college); or go to the Fitness Center, located inside the Ice Valley Centre,  1601 River Road, Kankakee (eastern edge of KCC's Riverfront Campus).
